The download contains all annotated trials in TrialsAnnotator.
Column annotations provides all individual user annotations for the trial. Annotations are separated by ";". Each annotation consists of values separated by ":" in the form of:
"<annotator-id>:<YYYY-MM-DD>:<flag>[...]:<flag>"
Example: "1:2022-02-28:funding"
Column consensus represents the union of all individual annotation flags separated by ";".
Several annotator IDs are special cases:
- 0: Automatic annotation system that flags trials as "other" that are withdrawn, have an enrollment of 0, no reported results, and no full-text information.
- -1: Annotations of the published data from 10.5061/dryad.v5403
- -2: Annotations of the published data from 10.1161/CIRCOUTCOMES.121.007995
